Scope
Sustainable Growers Rwanda is looking for potential qualified companies to supply insurance cover for its assets (Fire and burglary and loss for furniture, equipment, fixtures; All Risks for electronics). The insurance will be for a period of 12 months renewable.

Requirements
Interested qualified companies must submit the following documents to the address recruitment@sustainablegrowers.org, before getting additional information regarding this Request for Quotation.
1. Copy of certificate of incorporation from RDB
2. Valid Rwanda Revenue [RRA] tax clearance certificate
3. Valid Rwanda Social Security [RSSB] clearance certificate
4. Must have an experience of not less than three years, at least (5) references notarized required
5. A confirmation that the bidder has Electronic Billing Machine [EBM]
The company shall be chosen through a Quality and Cost based selection method in accordance with Sustainable Growers Rwanda procedures.
All interested bidders may obtain further information and clarification from the Procurement office of Sustainable Growers Rwanda located at Nyarutarama, KG 9 #91 or by Email: recruitment@sustainablegrowers.org
Well-printed bids, properly bound, sealed in envelopes, and presented in (3) copies one of which is the original must reach the procurement office of Sustainable Growers Rwanda not later than 2nd September 2022 at 5pm (local time). Late bids will be automatically rejected.
