Letter of Invitation: Request for Proposal (RFP) for hiring the firm to provide consultancy services, technical assistance and capacity building for clays and stone value chains & technical assistance and capacity building for poultry, piggery, and animal feeds value chains.

The Development Bank of Rwanda would like to procurement consultancy services from interested qualified firm(s). The key services to be delivered are subdivided into two (02) lots as follow: 

• Lot 1: Technical assistance and capacity building for clays and stone value chains 
• Lot 2: Technical assistance and capacity building for poultry, piggery, and animal feeds value chains.

In this regard, the Development Bank of Rwanda (BRD) invites the interested and qualified firms to submit their bids for the above services according to terms of reference detailed in the request for proposal. 

The Request for Proposal in English may be obtained from procurement office from, 14/07/2022 during office hours (8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Local time) upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand (20,000 Frw) deposited on the account Nº 593412700910118 of BRD opened in BPR Bank Rwanda Plc.  ‘

Well bound and sealed proposals presented in 3 copies one of which marked “Original” and 2 hard copies marked "Copy" of the technical and financial separately bids. These should be sent to the BRD, PO BOX 1341, Kigali Rwanda, not later than 29 /07/ 2022, at 10:00am prompt local time, and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at BRD headquarters – Nyarugenge District, Nyarugenge Sector, Kigali City immediately after submission of bids.

Please note that technical proposals will be separated from financial proposals, put in separate envelopes and written in English. The two proposals being put in an outer envelope will bear name, address of the bidder, reference of the tender notice and shall be marked as follows:
