The interested bidders can submit a letter with their offer under the following conditions:
- Quotation (Price in Rwandan Francs and all taxes included),
- Delivery time (if you win the tender);
- Certificate of Company Registration by RDB;
- Rwanda Revenue Clearence certificate;
- Company profile with Company Physical address;
- Certificate of Good completion.
The tender documents shall be submitted at AMIR’s Offices at Kacyiru, KG 513 ST 13 on 9th September 2024 not later than 10:00 am Kigali time and the opening will be the same day at 10:30 am.
