Tender title: Public tender for provision of transportation services by motorcycle across sectors of Nyarugenge District at DUHAMIC-ADRI
Re: Request for quotation
DUHAMIC-ADRI has pleasure to look for interested company or firm to provide transportation services by motorcycles for its field staff working under PEPFAR/USAID Project named “ODA” in all sectors of Nyarugenge.
The selection of best bidder will be done by using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the present request for quotation.
The prices proposed in the quotation shall include all taxes.
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 20/09/2022 at 9:00 a.m.
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 9:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
