DUHAMIC-ADRI has pleasure to look for interested company or firm to provide hotel services in NYARUGENGE and/ or MUHANGA District (s) during implementation of PEPFAR/USAID Project named “ODA” in the mentioned Districts.
The selection of best bidder will be done by using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the present request for quotation.
The prices proposed in the quotation shall include all taxes.
Submission Procedure
Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Tuesday 20/09/2022 at 11:00 a.m.
The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
