PUBLIC TENDER ANOUNCEMENT 

Tender title: Public tender to supply “ECD materials “Plastic matts” for Strengthening Integrated ECD Services Delivery in Gisagara District.

Delivery place: DUHAMIC ADRI office located at KICUKIRO-NIBOYE

The deadline for submission of bids: 18^th March 2024 at 10:00 am (Kigali Time).

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested companies or firms for an open tender to provide 350 matts as detailed in the table below:

Other conditions:

1. Additionally, to the above technical specifications provided, the bidder must comply with the samples available at DUHAMIC ADRI.
2. The samples must be visited at DUHAMIC-ADRI Kicukiro head offices during the working days from 8 :00 AM to 5 :00PM (Monday to Friday).
3. Delivery period must be provided in each offer submitted by the bidder (preferably within 5 calendar days after receiving the purchase order);
4. The bidder will offer the price including taxes
5. Delivery Schedule: The timeline for delivering all needed matts will be 5 days starting after delivery of purchase order.

Evaluation Criteria:

The selection will be made by cost-effectiveness and the quality of matts to be supplied in accordance to the sample presented.

Bids including above requirements (original and one copy) will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Monday 18^th March 2024 at 10:00 am (Kigali Time). The bidder must comply with the sample available at DUHAMIC ADRI to be visited during business hours (Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm).

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
