Through the partnership between WFP and DUHAMIC-ADRI to implement the “Sustainable Market Alliance and Asset Creation for Resilient Communities and Gender Transformation/SMART Project”, DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite competent and qualified companies operating in Rwanda in the sector of design and installation of sign posts for land site rehabilitated with bench and progressive terraces in the districts of Rutsiro and Kayonza.

This tender is divided in two lots and each bidding company is allowed to bid for two lots:

Lot 1: Design, supply and install 12 sign posts in Rutsiro District;

Lot 2: Design, supply and install 8 sign posts in Kayonza District.

The financial proposal shall be presented in this table:

Description of the sign posts:

The sign post will be with size of 1.5m*1m and will be made with the plastic printed sticker to be posted on two metallic poles with height of 2.40m and the sticker with same logo and texts will be posted on the both sides (two opposite sides).

Tendering procedure and conditions:

This tender is open to all competent and qualified companies with interest to participate in this tender.

The interested bidder will provide the bidding documents in respect of the following tendering requirements:

1. Application letter addressed to the executive secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI;
2. Financial offer indicating the value of offer for each lot “Lot 1 and Lot 2 separately);
3. The implementation plan showing how the bidding company will proceed to design, supply and install the required sign posts for all sites under the lot to which the bidder may win in Rutsiro or Kayonza District. The implementation of this bid shall not exceed two weeks after the issue and signature of the contract;
4. Being legally registered as Company authorized to operate in Rwanda (RDB Certificate)
5. A valid Tax Clearance issued by RRA
6. At least 3 certificates of good completion of similar works;
7. Proof of the company to provide an electronically generated bill (EBM). 

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotations) shall include all taxes. 

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 11:00AM

The official public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:15 AM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI in Niboye Sector of Kicukiro District
