PUBLIC TENDER FOR PROVISION OF MOTORCYCLES

DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with World Vision Rwanda is implementing the Pig Value Chain (PVC) project aiming to develop pig value chain in the 11 districts of Rwanda namely Burera, Huye, Gakenke, Gisagara, Gicumbi, Karongi, Nyamasheke, Ngororero, Rutsiro, Rulindo, and Rusizi Districts.

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all competitive bidders to apply for supplying motorcycles whose characteristics are the following:

Interested bidders should fulfill the following requirements:

• RDB registration certificate
• Proven experience in provision of similar items to be supplied with three certificates of good completion from trusted institutions
• Valid tax clearance certificate provided by RRA
• RSSB valid clearance certificate
• Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM) by providing a copy of invoice submitted in the past
• Be ready to supply all items within reasonable time not exceeding 10 Days after receiving the purchase order

Prices are given with all taxes. Bids including above requirements will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary no later than Thursday 14/12/2023 at 10:00 a.m. The public opening of bids is fixed the same day at 10:30 a.m. at the headquarters of DUHAMIC ADRI located in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector.
