TENDER TITLE: Public Tender to supply, Design and Print Waist coats for PEPFAR/USAID-Funded IGIRE JYAMBERE Activity staff and volunteers

DUHAMIC-ADRI through its Program named IGIRE-JYAMBERE “ODA” would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply, Design and Print Waist coats for PEPFAR/USAID-Funded IGIRE JYAMBERE Activity staff and volunteers as detailed in the table below:

Criteria of eligibility for bidders

Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to fulfil the following conditions:

1. A motivation letter addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary, BP 1080 Kigali
2. Being legally registered as Company or Society authorized to operate in Rwanda
3. Having a strong experience to supply required materials proven by 3 recent certificates of good completion
4. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM)A copy of invoice submitted in the past, for all invoices to be paid
5. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
6. A copy of trading License
7. Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB
8. Original copy of Certificate of registration for VAT
9. The bidder must have a capacity to supply all specified materials in a period not exceeding 7 days after receiving the purchase order

Interested bidders are invited to visit the samples at DUHAMIC-ADRI head offices located in Kicukiro District, Niboye sector. Starting from Monday 12^th June 2023 from 08:00 AM to 5:00PM (working hours)

The selection of the successful bidder will be done based on Quality-based selection method (QBS).

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all taxes.

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Friday 16^th June 2023 at 09:30AM

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 10:00AM at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
