PUBLIC TENDER ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF 125 POLYETHLENE WATER TANKS IN GAKENKE AND RULINDO DISTRICTS.
Through the partnership between DUHAMIC-ADRI and TROCAIRE there is a need to provide the rain water harvesting tanks to 125 most vulnerable households (tanks in plastic of 5,000 litters) in order to replace the semi underground tanks with the damaged sheetings and to provide thanks for the households on waiting list and not yet supported in Rulindo and Gakenke District.
Trocaire will distribute 77 rain water harvesting tanks in plastic in Gakenke District and 48 tanks in Rulindo District and DUHAMIC-ADRI will employ the technician for installation of all 125 rain water harvesting tanks in two Districts.

It is in this background that DUHAMIC-ADRI invites all interested specialized companies/Firms to participate in bidding process for the public tender to install all 125 tanks.
The prices proposed by each bidder will incorporate all taxes (Taxes Inclusive). Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary no later than Tuesday 6th September 2022 at 9:00 a.m. The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the DUHAMIC ADRI in Kicukiro District. a mandatory site visit is planned to be conducted on Monday September 5, 2022 at 11:00am.
