DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with Care International Rwanda and its implementing partners are implementing the five years’ program Supporting and Enhancing Resilient and Viable Employment Opportunities (SERVE) Project would like to invite all competitive bidders to apply for provision of below specified laptops in respect of the following table:

Interested bidders should fulfill the following requirements:
• RDB registration certificate
• Proven experience in provision of laptops with three recent certificates of good completion from trusted institutions
• Valid tax clearance certificate provided by RRA
• RSSB valid clearance certificate
• Proof of having electronic billing machine (EBM) by providing a printed invoice from the past
• Be ready to supply all items within four working days after receiving the purchase order
Prices required are given with all taxes. Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary no later than Wednesday 26/04/2023 at 11:00 a.m. The public opening session of bids is fixed the same day at 11:30 a.m. at the headquarters of DUHAMIC ADRI located in Kicukiro District.
