Title Of The Tender: Provision of Water Fountains
• Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd (RUGC) (hereinafter called ‘’client”) is undertaking to do a procurement process for the Supply of Water Fountains Pond Equipment for Kigali Golf Course.
• The client intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this tender document is issued.
• Rwanda Ultimate Golf Course Ltd (RUGC) invites registered companies specialised in this field to submit their bids as indicated in the statement of Requirements.

• All bids will be submitted on dates indicated above and Bids will be opened in public in presence of all bidders. Late bids shall be rejected.
• All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of 1,400,000 Rwf issued by a Bank or Insurance Company registered in Rwanda.
