Provision of Training for In-Company Trainers on pedagogy and didactics for the Project „PartnerRwanda“ to be able to use the established TVET curricula
The aim of the project „PartnerRwanda“ is to train 500-1000 unemployed Rwandans. In addition, the project aim to support them to find employment or work self-employed and also to work directly with companies to create employment opportunities.

BIWE is seeking the services of a reputable and experienced Training Provider for Training of Trainers based on the qualification of 50 In-Company Trainers in the trades of Automotive and Electrical on pedagogy and didactics as methodological development of the skills of in-company trainers using established TVET curricula.
The participants of the training should receive pedagogy and training methodologies for the effective transfer of skills in operational practices.

The training can be conducted as an online or presence format (preferred option).
No. Tasks Deliverable
1 Provide the training curriculum and define the content of the program for a relevant skill sets for In-Company Trainer using established TVET Curricula Training Program
2 Training content should focus on:
1. Basic psychology of learning
2. Training session plans according to the established TVET Curricula
3. Methodology and didactics
4. Evaluation of training sessions
5. Feedback and motivation Training Plan
3 Provide a full package of all the necessary learning materials to learners (online or in presence) Learning materials
4 Monitoring and evaluating the training and reporting the results to BIWE Provide training report with the list of participants (and their identifications)
5 Certificates of training to the participants Certification of Participation

Requirements of the Training Provider:
• Should be legally registered and authorized to operate in Rwanda by competent authorities
• Experiences in organizing soft skill development training
• Having required material for provision of soft skills training
• Having qualified teachers and trainers to deliver quality service
• Fluent in English

Bidding documents:
• Profile of Training Provider
• Proof of at least 3 similar completed assignments
• Detailed and Technical offer and financial offer including total price and payment terms
• A detailed training schedule/work plan with a time frame

Submission Procedure
Bids must be sealed and clearly marked “Provision of Training for In-Company Trainers “ and delivered via E-mail to the contact person until the 31st May 2022.
