DUHAMIC-ADRI Tender notice to supply food and non-food items to support families affected by heavy rain in Rutsiro District

DUHAMIC-ADRI is a Non-Governmental Organization legally granted by Rwandan law with the mission to support integrated development.  To respond to the emergencies recently occurred in the District of Rutsiro due to the heavy rain and flooding which affected the lives and assets of many families in Rutsiro District; DUHAMIC-ADRI has received fund from START FUND via OXFAM and TROCAIRE to support some of the affected population.

It is in this regards that DUHAMIC-ADRI invites all qualified companies including manufacturing companies to provide their competitive quotations for the maximum of three lots among Seven lots (7):

• Lot 4: Shoes for adults and children

Notice: For the shoes of children in different age band, the shoes of boys shall not exceed 40% (60% for girls).

Tender requirements:

All interested bidders must comply with the following conditions:

1. Motivation letter addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI;
2. Quotations for selected lots (the proposed prices must include the transport, loading and down loading cost, taxes and others direct and indirect charges) from their business places to DUHAMIC-ADRI Office located in Kigali City, Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector;
3. Provide company registration certificate;
4. Proof of using EBM: a copy of invoice submitted in the past;
5. Provide at least three certificates of good completions of similar tenders (Not required for manufacturing companies);
6. Be legally operating in Rwanda;
7. Being able to supply all items of selected lots no later than 2 days after receiving the purchase orders.

The interested bidders shall submit their offers will submit their bid documents in well-sealed envelopes at DUHAMIC-ADRI office located in Niboye Sector of Kicukiro District. The deadline to receive all bid documents is fixed on Thursday 8^th June 2023 at 3pm.  The late offers will be not received.  The bid opening will be in a public session on same date (Thursday 8^th June 2023 at 3:30pm).
