FH Rwanda has been implementing integrated relief and development projects in Rwanda since 1994. FH Rwanda currently has programs in Nyagatare, Gatsibo, Kamonyi, Muhanga and Ruhango districts. FH Rwanda has adopted an integrated programming approach CFCT (Child Focused Community Transformation) through 4 sectors: Livelihoods, Education, Health, and Disaster Risk Reduction.

This call for proposal is open on equal terms to all hotels within the Rubavu district in Western Province.
Requirements 1. Date of staff retreats it’s from 29th August 2022 to 2nd September 2022
2. Technical Proposal
Interested Hotel for the mentioned tender are required to submit bids with the following required certifications and should be valid at the date of submission of the bids;
1. Letter of interest addressed to FH country Director
2. Hotel profile showing the background & the hotel assets which back the business and full legal address and location of the Hotel.
3. Registration certificate from RDB.
4. Certificate of tax clearance from RRA still valid.
5. RSSB certificate still valid.
6. VAT certificate.
7. Hotel categories (Star/Inyanyeri)
8. The Hotels should be located Rubavu District
9. RDB Certificate of non-bankruptcy/Good stranding still valid
10. Proof of being able to provide an electronically generated bill (EBM)
11. Provision of at least 6 certificates of completion from both private and public institutions in the last 3 three years.

1. Conference hall includes tables, chairs, air-conditional facility. (mention the number of participants it can accommodate)

7. 2 bottles of water per person/day
8. 2 tea breaks with flesh juice per day

18th July 2022 to 20th July 2022 not later than 10:30 AM local hour. Bids that will be submitted before that date and after the deadline date and time will not be considered.
The opening of the bids will take place in a separate session. Communication of the opening result will be shared through e-mail to the bidders.
FH Rwanda reserves the right to reject any bid deemed inappropriate
