DUHAMIC-ADRI in partnership with Trocaire is implementing the project entitled “Improved Natural Resources Management for Sustainable Food Sources” also known as Trocaire project in Rulindo District particularly in the villages of Bushyana and Gatiba in Bwimo cell/Rukozo sector as well as in Nyagisozi and Nombe villages in Kiyanza cell/Ntarabana sector.

The project’s main goal is to support poor and marginalized rural communities to become resilient to climate shocks by mitigating and adapting to the impacts of climate change and environmental degradation. It aims to provide access to technical knowledge, practices and resources that support people to achieve sustainable and diverse source of food and income.

Under implementation of the project, DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to invite all interested companies or firms to supply and distribute all needed quantities in Rukozo sector (Gatiba village, Bwimo cell) and Ntarabana sector (Nyagisozi village, Kiyanzi cell) within a period not exceeding 5 calendar days after receiving the purchase order.

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the tender document hereby attached.

The prices proposed in the financial proposal (quotation) shall include all related taxes and other associated costs (transport fees for distribution to the targeted sites). The prices shall be provided using the following table:

Bid document must include:

1. A motivation letter addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary
2. A copy of RDB registration certificate of the bidding company,
3. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM): A copy of invoice submitted in the past.
4. A well detailed financial proposal (quotation) with taxes
5. Provision of an authorized Government certificate of orange sweet potato cutting vines multiplication
6. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA),
7. Valid Social Security Clearance issued by RSSB,
8. Commitment letter of the bidding company to implement planned activities with the period not exceeding five days (calendar days) after receiving the purchase order

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Executive Secretary of DUHAMIC-ADRI at Kicukiro head office no later than Thursday 19/12/2024 at 11:00 a.m.

The public opening of bids is fixed on the same day at 11:30 a.m at the headquarters of DUHAMIC-ADRI.
