The cleaning services for Management Sciences for Health (MSH) Office is located at Kigali City, Gasabo district, Kacyiru Sector, Kamatamu Cell, Urugwiro Village, KG 5 Ave 48. 

The cleaning services will cover the following areas:

• Entrance
• Offices
• Restrooms
• Cafeteria area
• Conference rooms
• Reception
• Balconies
• Parking areas, Garden and Office Compound
• Storage room 

Hours of operation

Service provide is expected to do the work and the cleaning service is to be provide each day when the facility and the office are open – 40hours/5 days/week. MSH Facility hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. The facility is closed on Saturday and Sundays and official public holidays.

The cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by the service provider. They are responsible for restocking supplies including soap, toilet paper etc. 

Staff and Public Areas:

Daily

• Empty wastebaskets and remove all trash. Supply fresh liners for wastebaskets.
• Dust and mop all hard areas and floors.
• Spot clean walls, light switches, and doors.
• Sweep balconies and stairways.
• Clean public computer areas, remove trash and wipe down desk surface with disinfecting cleaner.
• Sweep and remove litter from porch area and walkway.

Weekly

• Clean hard surfaces of all furniture and brush upholstered furniture
• Clean all interior doors and partition glass.
• Damp mop and share all hard and resilient flooring.
• Dust all unobstructed desks, counters, furniture, filing cabinets, chairs, tables etc. 

Restrooms

Daily

• Clean the toilet and bathroom and sinks three times a day.
• Ensure enough cleaning materials are available in each restroom.
• Ensure there is a water bucker in case of water shortage.
• Ensure each restroom has a dustbin and is cleaned and emptied daily.
• Mop all hard and resilient floors.

Weekly

• Wipe the full surface area of all stall partitions, doors, frames, and waste receptacles using a disinfecting, deodorizing cleaning.
• Clean all mirrors. 

Kitchen Area

Daily

• Empty wastebaskets, remove all trash to disposal are and supply fresh liners for wastebaskets.
• Spot clean walls, light switches, and doors
• Wipe down countertops, table, sink and fixtures with disinfecting cleaner.

Weekly

• Sweet all floors
• Clean and disinfect all waste receptacles.

All EOI responses must be submitted with the subject line: “EOI-Cleaning Service Provider” and include the following information:

1. Company’s Full Legal Name and registration certificate in Rwanda
2. Company’s Full Legal Mailing Address in Rwanda
3. Company’s Website URL.
4. Full Name, Telephone, and email address of authorized official to whom our communication will be sent.
5. How many years has your Company been providing Cleaning Services in Rwanda?
6. Evidence of past engagements (e.g. Contract letters, purchase orders etc.)
7. Recommendation letters from other organizations which you are currently providing services to or have provided services to in the past.
