Dear Mrs/Mr: 1. Ultimate Developers Ltd (UDL) is a private real estate company leading the way in transforming the property business in Rwanda. UDL has a growing portfolio of Residential and Commercial projects that are changing Rwanda's real estate landscape. It's flagship project, the unique Vision City neighbourhoods, is the biggest upscale suburb in Kigali and Rwanda at large with the first phase of 504 units which have been completed and sold. The second premium neighborhood, the GREEN, SMART, WELL and SUSTAINABLE Vision City Phase Two is under implementation. Ultimate Developers Ltd is using a number of electronic equipment that include computers, printers, photocopiers, scanners and other IT and telecommunications equipment including servers, UPS, firewall, routers and switches for LAN etc., that require the services of maintenance firm to service on routine basis (preventive maintenance) and also repair (corrective maintenance) at a minimum downtime.

2. The objective of this Letter of Invitation (LOI) is to seek the services of competent IT Maintenance Firm with competence in maintaining IT Equipment and other related accessories for use by UDL staff in their daily work activities.
3. This Letter of Invitation is addressed to all competent IT Firms with vast experience in the IT industry. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding (NCB).

Submission Procedure
4. Interested bidders shall purchase the Tender Document at a fee of Twenty Thousand Rwandan francs (20,000 RWF) via Ultimate Developers Ltd's Account Number open in Bank of Kigali, Account Number: 00048-00394853-25 in the names of Ultimate Developers Ltd and may obtain further information at UDL Head Office (Address below) during office hours 08:00 a.m. to 05:00p.m. Local Time or via email.

5. The Tender Document will be available for pickup from UDL offices from 26/04/2022 from 08:00am or requested via the above email attached with the proof of payment of the Tender Document.
6. Well typed bids (and support technical documents - catalogues -technical specifications, etc) written in English, clearly marked with the Tender Title and tender reference number shall be deposited in sealed envelopes at the Procurement Office of UDL not later than 12/05/2022 at 10:00 a.m. local time (8:00 a.m. GMT).
7. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 12/05/2022 at 10:15 a.m. local time (08:15 a.m. GMT) in the Board Room of UDL HQ, 9th Floor /RSSB Building-Tower II.
8. Bids shall remain valid for 120 days after the Deadline for Bid Submission prescribed above.
