BACKGROUND:

BPR Bank Rwanda Ple (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading Financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth. BPR Bank Rwanda Plo wishes to invite interested companies for the provision of hotel and related services for BPR Bank Rwanda Plo. This RFP is offered on an open competitive tendering process.

RE-ADVERTISEMENT OF TENDER N° 13/MAR/2023/BPR/PRC: Provision of Hotel Services to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC

Interested and eligible Companies are invited to submit their Technical and Financial bids in well-sealed envelopes to BPR PLC Headquarters not later than Wednesday. 26 April 2023 at 4:00 PM, addressed to the Procurement Manager. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives on the same day at 4:30 PM local time in BPR PLC Head Office Building, Floor Q. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.

Bidding Documents can be obtained from BPR PLC Headquarters during working hours starting from 3 April 2023, 8:00 AM to 5:00PM.
