Trainer Profile

Victor Kabanda is a seasoned social development professional and skilled program manager with over eleven years of experience in project design, proposal evaluation, and program monitoring, evaluation, and management. He has developed M&E systems and overseen field technical operations for initiatives funded by prominent organizations such as USAID, the Mastercard Foundation, and the Walmart Foundation in Rwanda and beyond. In addition to his professional work, He has actively contributed to various organizations through volunteer efforts, assisting in project design and proposal writing to secure funding. He holds a Master of Science in Agricultural and Applied Economics and has undergone extensive training in project design, M&E, data analysis, and project management. Furthermore, Victor is a seasoned trainer and mentor, having provided coaching and capacity-building support to staff from more than 30 organizations.

Certification

Upon completion of the training, participants will be assigned a final capstone project to apply their knowledge. Those who successfully complete the capstone project will receive a Certificate of Merit from DATA+ Rwanda, recognizing their proficiency in project proposal and report writing.
