• HAGURUKA has received a grant from the Legal Aid Forum (LAF) to fund the five-year program entitled “Dufatanye Kubaka Ubutabera (DKU)” and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the Printing of Laps (Legal Aid Performance Standards) a guiding book to guide the provision of quality legal aid Services by legal aid service providers.
• It is for that reason Haguruka invites interested bidders to submit bids for “Printing of laps (legal aid performance standards) a guiding book to guide the provision of quality legal aid services by legal aid service providers”

• Tender document may be obtained on any working day from 14th march, 2022 At HAGURUKA head offices located in KIMIRONKO, KG 11 Ave.95, Gasabo District, upon presentation of proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwanda francs (10,000 RWF) deposited to HAGURUKA Account Name: ASSOCIATION HAGURUKA, A/c No. 00040-0203052-64/ FONDS HAGURUKA opened at BANK OF KIGALI.

Submission Procedure
• All inquiries should be addressed to Haguruka Executive Secretary at Haguruka’s offices located in Kimironko, KG11, AV 95 or via email: info@Haguruka.org.rw
• Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original must be submitted at the address mentioned above not later than 18th March 2022 at 11:00 AM, local time. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at 11:30 AM, local time.
• The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender reference, title and be marked as follows:
″ Do not open except in the public session of 18th March 2022 at 11:30 AM, local time”
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with article 5, “Competitive Procurement Process’’, Section 5.3, in Haguruka’s Procurement Policy.
