The present Prequalification Notice serves as a procedure of pre-selection and short listing of RMS LTD approved suppliers for a five-year period. The selection of candidates will result into firms being entered into a shortlist of prequalified suppliers eligible to be used by RMS LTD for the selected products for a period of five years.
During the prequalification period RMS LTD intends to conduct mini competitions by seeking quotations/financial offers (prices, delivery time etc) from the eligible shortlisted suppliers for purposes of determining supplier(s) to be awarded a contract and purchase order for the supply of particular medical consumables.
RMS LTD reserves the right to procure the products that are the subject of this prequalification notice in accordance to the Procurement Procedure Manuals of RMS LTD and would not, by doing so, be held liable to any damages or other costs whatsoever.
The invitation document may be obtained free of charge from the reception desk of RMS LTD or RMS website or on the following emails upon request: rmsltd.procurement@rmsltd.rw with copy to imahirwe@rmsltd.rw and jmurwanashyaka@rmsltd.rw
Well printed applications, properly bound and presented in one original plus 1 soft copy of the whole file scanned on a USB flash drive must be delivered to RMS reception desk on the following address no later than 30th September, 2023 at 10:00 am local time (8:00 am GMT):

Late applications will not be accepted. Submitted applications will be opened on the same day at 10:30 am (8:30 am GMT), local time in the presence of bidders or bidders’ representatives.
All interested applicants may obtain complementary information by writing to RMS LTD no later than fourteen (14) days before the fixed deadline for the submission of bids.
