REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE‐QUALIFICATION OF INSURANCE SERVICES (MOTOR INSURANCE/ STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE/ LIFE INSURANCE/ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT INSURANCE) FOR  2025.

ActionAid Rwanda is a National Organization and an Affiliate Member of the ActionAid Global Federation. It has mission of working with people living in poverty with a focus on women and girls to eradicate poverty and injustice.

ActionAid Rwanda is inviting qualified, reputable suppliers and service providers to submit their proposals for STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE/MOTOR INSURANCE/LIFE INSURANCE/ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT INSURANCE FOR 2025.

The purpose of this Request for Expression of Interest is to short list legally registered service providers with pre‐requisite qualifications to be considered for contractual purposes to provide Staff Medical Insurance/Motor Insurance/Life Insurance/Electronic Equipment Insurance for the Actionaid Rwanda in 2025.

ActionAid Rwanda reserves the right to reject all Expressions of Interest not fulfilling requirements associated with this request. Actionaid Rwanda will in no case be responsible or liable for any and all costs associated with the preparation and submission of Expressions of Interest.

Expressions of interest are requested with the following information:

• A cover letter addressed to Actionaid Rwanda Interim Executive Director,
• Company Profile,
• Company information, including, vendor’s physical address, full legal name, email address, website and contact person,
• Company RDB registration certificate clearly demonstrates legal registration in the category being applied for,
• Valid tax registration certificate from Rwanda Revenue Authority,
• Valid clearance from RSSB,
• Valid tax clearance and proof of EBM,
• References from three (3) former or current clients within the past two years.
• A complete set of audited accounts for the last three years.
• Detailed financial proposal

NOTE:

The number of families (Staff) is 19 and the dependents are 61;

The number of vehicles is Six (6);

The value of the office equipment is 80,549,662 frw;

Tender Packages with details of requirements can be obtained starting on thursday, 24^thOctober 2024 by sending a request to this email address: rwanda@actionaid.org clearly stating the tender name(Staff Medical Insurance service/Motor Insurance service/Life Insurance service/Electronic Equipment Insurance service as the subject of the email. Please indicate your company name in the email.

Submission of tenders without financial quotations will not be considered in this regard.

The bidder to give medical insurance options of 10% co-pay, national cover Only).

Medical insurance should cover also travel insurance for national and international travels.

Well prepared bids written in English in sealed envelope and presented in 2 copies one of which is original with the subject “EOI for STAFF MEDICAL INSURANCE/MOTOR INSURANCE/ LIFE INSURANCE/ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT INSURANCE FOR 2025” and must be submitted to ActionAid Rwanda Head offices at Remera, KG 178 ST, Near Amahoro National Stadium next to RSSB/CSS Building not later Thursday 07/11/2024 at 15 :00 pm. Late bids will be rejected.
