DUHAMIC-ADRI is implementing a five-year PEPFAR/USAID funded Project named USAID IGIRE-JYAMBERE Activity in all sectors of Nyarugenge and Muhanga Districts aiming at preventing new HIV infections and reducing vulnerability among Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) and their households, and Adolescent Girls and Young Women (AGYW) in high HIV burden Districts in Rwanda.

DUHAMIC-ADRI would like to openly call upon all interested private business companies operating in the “Intervention Zone” of Igire-Jyambere — to submit their quotation for providing a 3-month apprenticeship (Learning at workplace) program & services for the program participants who are interested in different trades in respect of the attached terms of references.

Composition of administrative documents

A motivation letter addressed to DUHAMIC-ADRI Executive Secretary, P.O BOX 1080 Kigali with the following attachment:

1. The well detailed company profile;
2. A copy of trading License from RDB,
3. A proof to use Electronic Billing Machine (EBM);
4. Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA),
5. Two (2) recent certificates of good completion of similar services rendered from trustworthy institutions,
6. Well detailed capacity in terms of number of students and number of days in a week,etc.

Composition of the Financial proposal

The quotation/proforma invoice must include all details including the unit cost and the total cost depending on the capacity, trade, period and frequency of intended apprenticeship activities. All the prices should include taxes for Rwanda Revenue Authorities and Electronic Billing Machine will be required for payment.

Evaluation

The selection of best bidder will be done using under and in compliance with the Least Cost Selection (LCS) methods and procedures described in the attached RFQ.

Submission

Interested business companies are requested to submit both their technical and financial proposals, including all relevant documentations to the following email address procurement@duhamic.org.rw not later than May 30th, 2024 at 5:00PM. Late applications will not be considered and only shortlisted business companies will be contacted for further stages.
