The management of COPEDU Plc informs all interested and capable persons that it intends to auction the following immovable property: 

The plot consists of one house with an area of ​​354 sqm with UPI n ^o  1/01/09/04/270 located in RWAMPARA Village, RWAMPARA Village, NYARUGENGE Sector, NYARUGENGE District in KIGALI CITY. 

Those who wish to purchase the property are requested to submit their price in a sealed envelope to the Secretariat of COPEDU PLC at the Headquarters, no later than 12/06/2023 at nine o'clock  (3:00 p.m. ).

On the back of the envelope should be written the following words: “ Purchasing this house

in COPEDU PLC premises with UPI 1/01/09/04/270 ”. 

The envelopes will be opened that day on 12/06/2023, at half past nine (3:30 p.m.) in public, in the Conference Room of COPEDU PLC at the Headquarters, located on RWANDEX-SONATUBES main road. 

Then the winner of the sold property will pay all the money in one lump sum immediately. If you do not pay immediately, he will leave a deposit equal to 10% of the price he paid, and then he will pay the rest. If he does not pay the balance within two (2) days from the opening of the mail, the deposit will not be returned. COPEDU PLC will recover its assets and sell them. 

COPEDU Plc also has the right to reject the price offered when it is lower than what is shown by the valuation made by a professional valuer and approved by the Association of Valuers in Rwanda. 

Only after the envelopes have been opened will it be allowed for people to add money and compare the highest bidder until no one has the last word. 

The inspection of the property to be sold will be held tomorrow, Friday 02/06/2023 and Friday 09/06/2023 from 4:00 a.m. to noon (12:00 p.m.) at your location in RWAMPARA.
