Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage qualified firms to provide comprehensive mentorship and coaching training services for its senior management team. BK Plc aim to establish a culture of mentorship and coaching to enhance leadership development and improve overall performance within the organization. BK Plc hereby invites bids from local, regional or international service providers for the above mentioned services.

Terms of Reference for the above mentioned service will be sent to emails of interested bidders from the 22ndJan 2024. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bids with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 02nd Feb 2024 at 3:30PM on an ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms, a detailed Technical proposal, submit a Detailed description of the proposed mentorship and coaching training program, Qualifications and experience of the firm and its trainers, proposed budget, including all costs and fees, References and case studies from similar projects and any other required document specified in the Terms of Reference.
