Managing Director
The Jonathan Foundation is a non-profit organization that supports, educates, and develops children in Rwanda. The Jonathan Foundation was founded in 2020 and it is far more than a school. The Foundation has been created to offer a wide-ranging platform of educational development and support for more than 1500 students aged between 3 and 20.
Our mission is to provide a stable learning environment where students can fulfil their academic potential while ensuring that each child has unlimited access to clean drinking water throughout the school day and a nutritious daily lunch.

Job Role & Summary
We are looking for a Highly qualified, motivated, experienced and initiatives Managing Director to join our organization. The Managing Director should have experience in primary and secondary schools’ administration and leadership.
He/she should have required skills for rapidly growing NGOs, strong organizational and networking skills, and experience in fundraising outside the country.

Duties and responsibilities
• To manage all aspects of the foundation (TJF) which includes the existing government school, and the ongoing development of the new high school project
• To raise funds from around the world
• To initiate new projects liaise with relevant department at national government and local administration levels.
• To oversee day-to-day operations.
• To accomplish departments objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating departments activities.
• To maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• To develop personal growth opportunities.

Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration, Education or similar relevant field
• Proficient English speaker
• Have been travelling outside Africa
