Management of Alcohol and Drug Use Disorders Senior Officer
Level:4.II
Job description
• 1.To plan for capacity building via training or programs
• 2. establishment of the standards and guides of treatments for alcohol and drug use disorders
• 3. Improve the quality of the services
• 4. Insure the integration of prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation units at all levels
• 5. Identification of needs /epidemiology of drugs and alcohol abuse
• 6. Implement programs against relapse
• 7. Initiate psycho-education programs for patients, families and communities

In collaboration with mental health stakeholders, MoH, Rwanda National Police, MINALOC:
Contribute to integration of prevention and psychosocial rehabilitation
Participate in providing responses to needs /epidemiology of drugs and alcohol abuse
Set up psycho-education programs for patients, families and communities

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology
0 Year of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychiatric Nursing
0 Year of relevant experience
