Tender Documents may be obtained from Procurement Division upon presentation of payment proof of a non-refundable fee of ten thousand Rwandan Francs (RWF 10,000) to Account n° 1266500010001 named “BNR Current Account” opened at National Bank of Rwanda.
All bids shall be accompanied by the required bid security in Rwandan Francs or equivalent in a convertible currency.
Compulsory site visits for maintenance of buildings in particular will be organized on 31st October 2022 from 10:00 am at BNR Headquarters, Rwamagana Branch on 1st November 2022 at 10:00 am, Huye Branch on 2nd November 2022 at 11:00 am, Rusizi Branch on 3rd November 2022 at 2:00 pm, Musanze Branch at 10:00 am and Rubavu Branch at 3:00 pm on 4th November 2022. Compulsory site visit for supplying and installing 80KVA generator is scheduled at Rubavu Branch on 4th November 2022 at 3:00 pm.

Well-printed bids, properly bound and presented in four copies one of which is the original, must reach the Procurement Division, KN 6 Avenue, 4, second floor not later than 24th November 2022 at 09:30 am local time. Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at National Bank of Rwanda on the same date at 10:00 am local time. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. All envelopes should clearly indicate the tender title and the name of bidder.
