JOB DETAILS:

Tasks
Manage and Coordinate requisition of goods and assets

1. Prepare requisition forms of the Fund's equipment, goods and assets based and assets on stakeholder requirements.
2. Prepare purchase order forms and make follow up on deliveries.
3. Work with successful bidders to ensure effective delivery of goods and services.
4. Deliver materials requested to the staff

Reporting, Budgeting and Compliance
1. Maintain an updated inventory list for all equipment's, goods and assets for the Fund including depreciation calculations.
2. Participate in budget allocation process.
3. Facility Management and House Keeping
4. Transport Coordination
5. Propose the public auctions of depreciated assets.
6. Prepare quarterly and annual reports of transport management.
7. Prepare and submit required reports eg stock reports).
8. Account for the Fund assets through rolling out of Codify manuals.
9. Participate in internal and external audits in regard to assets management Ensure that the Fund's administrative building is insured against probable risks such as burglary, fires etc
10. Ensure proper functioning of electricity, water and broadband installation of the Fund administrative building
11. Ensures cleanliness of the Fund's offices and surroundings and the maintenance of laws.
12. Ensures security of the Fund's offices and property.
13. Ensure smooth and orderly supply of refreshments, office stationery and materials to members of staff.
14. Identify logistics needs through consultation of the Fund's different departments/divisions and projects.
15. Record keeping of all transport related documents eg. requisition forms from staff etc
16. Ensure proper allocation of Vehicle to facilitate Staff movement

Job Specifications/Profile
Relevant Qualifications

1. A Bachelor's degree in either Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Supply Chain Management, Administrative Sciences, Procurement, or Public Administration.

Required Experience
1. At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in a similar function.

1. At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in a similar function.
2. Required Competencies
3. Proven experience in Stock Management and Logistic operations.
4. Knowledge of supply chain management.
5. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
6. Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Microsoft Project, Power Point) in relation to Stock Management and Logistic operations.
7. High level of discretion in dealing with confidential, critical and highly sensitive situations within the organization and externally.
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
