Job Description

• To establish regular inventories for the Institution’s fixed assets and constitute a secured stock;
  
• To centralise the needs in supplies and other materials necessary for the smooth functioning of the Institution;
  
• To receive materials for store and keep store forms updated;
  
• To order for repair/maintenance of generators and other machines and keep their record cards update.
  
• To rationally manage and distribute office materials and supplies to different services;
  
• To follow up cleanliness and hygiene activities within the Institution’s premises and its vicinity.
  
• Supervise the provision of office services such as office security, cost effective usage of office detergents and beverages.
