CONSULTANCY SPECIFICATION
PURPOSE OF CONSULTANCY
SNV is hiring the Livestock Methane Inventory Consultant for the anticipated Climate & Clean Air Coalition (CACC) project. Reporting to the Project Manager, the hired incumbent will be supporting the Government of Rwanda to develop a methane strategy for the livestock sub-sector sector and formulate a funding proposal for upscaling the anaerobic digestion of livestock manure.

ASSIGNMENT TASKS AND TIMEFRAME
This assignment is expected to be implemented within a timeframe of two years with a maximum level of effort of 160 working days starting from August 1, 2024 and should be completed by end of August 2026. The below table outlines estimated level of effort for each task.
