Muganga SACCO is a saving and credit cooperative for health sector staff in Rwanda. Its primary objective is to improve members' socio-economic conditions and promoting access to finance, by assisting them to make savings and access low-rate loans.
Invitation To Tender No 007/T.MSC/2022/MSACCO
The Board of Directors of Muganga SACCO invites qualified audit firms to submit technical and financial proposals for financial audit and certification of Muganga SACCO financial statements. The proposal could form the basis for future negotiations and ultimately a contract between the firm and Muganga SACCO. The contract will be awarded to the successful bidder for the period of one year renewable twice upon successful delivery as decided by Muganga SACCO General Delegates Assembly.

Interested audit firms can obtain the details of the tender along with the terms & conditions of the tender from Muganga SACCO head office, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro-Sonatube, Street no KK 15 road, and telephone: (+250) 784 037 450, info@mugangasacco.rw. on any working day with effect from 10th August 2022 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Ten thousand Rwandan francs (Frw10,000) on account No 583427377510131 of HSS-MAG opened in BPR.
Inquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to Muganga SACCO Head office, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro-Sonatube, Street no KK 15 road, telephone: (+250) 784 037 450, and email info@mugangasacco.rw.
Well detailed two offers (i.e. Technical offer and financial offer) which shall have to be enclosed in two different envelopes each marked as “Technical offer” and another one as “Financial offer” presented in three copies one as the “ORIGINAL” and other two marked as “COPY” shall be presented to Muganga SACCO Head office, 1st Floor of Silverback Mall, Kicukiro-Sonatube, KK 15 road in a sealed envelope addressed to the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Muganga SACCO, KIGALI, not later than 31st August 2022 at 10:00 AM Local time. The public opening of the bids shall be held on the same day at 10:30 AM Local time in Muganga SACCO Conference room. Late bids will be rejected.
