INVITATION LETTER

Invitation to tender for supplying office furnitures.

SCI Rwanda Office intends to selected company for supplying office furnitures. 

Any bidder interested to apply for this tender has to submit the following documents: 

• Price proposal (quotations) shall be include all taxes
• Business Registration certificate (RDB certificate)
• Proof of supplying similary goods proven by 3 certificates of good completion Valid Tax clearance certificate provided by Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA)
• Valid RSSB clearance certificate provided by RSSB.

Bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Supply chain of Save the Children International Rwanda at Nyarutarama KG9  AV23 Remera-Gasabo, Kigali Rwanda head office no later than Monday 22 January 2024 at 15:00.  

The public opening of bids is scheduled on the same day at 15:30 at the head office of Save the Children International Rwanda.
