Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested bidders to submit their bids related to supply of the following furniture.

Technical specifications for the above mentioned furniture will be sent to email of interested bidders from the 10th January 2024. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 30th January 2024 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted electronically using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs and the delivery period for all furniture. Preselected bidders shall be required to submit samples for the technical evaluation process. Indicate your account number and payment terms in the financial proposal. Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following administrative requirements:

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate

-Pictures and specifications of the proposed Items

-Performance certificates to prove similar services provided elsewhere

-Proof of the financial capacity to supply the above mentioned items
