INVITATION TO TENDER N°: 24/JULY/2024/BPR/PUBLIC AUCTION ADVERTISEMENT

BACKGROUND:

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc (hereinafter referred to as "the Bank") is a licensed financial services operator in Rwanda, and is a member of the KCB Group, a leading financial services company in the East African region renowned for its diversity and growth.

BPR Bank Rwanda Plc wishes to invite interested Broadcasting Radio Station to provide the Services of Announcement of Public Auction Advertisement. The Auction Advertisement Services (Announcements) shall be done one (1) time per day and proof will be provided if requested by the client only. This RFP is offered on an open tendering basis.

TENDER No 24/JULY/2024/BPR/PUBLIC AUCTION ADVERTISEMENT Interested and eligible broadcasting Radio Stations are invited to submit their offers in well-sealed envelopes to BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Head office not later than Thursday, 8th August 2024 at 3:00 PM, addressed to the Procurement Manager. The bids successfully submitted will be opened in the presence of all bidders or their representatives on the same day at 3:30 PM local time at BPR Bank Rwanda PLC Head Office Building, Floor 9. Please note that late Bids will not be accepted.
