The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental humanitarian organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society.

In the framework of Resettlement and Movement Management, IOM now invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from Companies/Service Providers for the Lease of Accommodation Facility (Transit Centre) with the following specifications:
• Multiple accommodation buildings that can separately accommodate 400 refugees at a given time
• Large rooms that can be converted into cubicles or dormitories.
• Large open space that can accommodate multiple Hygiene facilities, washing bay, dining , kitchen, offices, and recreation areas for both children and adults.
• Should be located in Kigali on asphalted road and fully fenced with Parking area

The Expression of Interest shall contain information on the following:
a.) Full specification (capacity, size in Square meters, location, etc) of the Accommodation Facility (Transit Centre) offered,
b.) Facility Registration documents and usage Permits;
c.) Track record and experience of the facility in similar usage including list of major clients served previously and
d.) Other relevant information.

Submission Procedure
The Expression of Interest shall be submitted in original and duplicate copy and should be received by hand and through mail by IOM with office address at KG 632 St, Gasasa, Rugando cell, Kimihurura sector, Gasabo District and E-mail at IOMRwandaProcurement@iom.int no later than 31st May 2022
On the basis of the above information and offered facilities visit, IOM shall draw up the shortlist of Companies/Service Providers. Only short listed Companies/Service Providers will be invited to submit financial proposals.
Interested Service Providers may obtain further information from IOM at the above office address from 9:00-5:00PM.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Expression of Interest, and to annul the selection process and reject all Expression at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Companies/Service Providers.
