Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite bids from suppliers for the supply of IT Equipment grouped in the following LOTs under a 1-year framework contract;
LOT 5: HDMI Cables

Submission Procedure
Technical specifications for the above mentioned materials will be sent to emails of interested Bidders from the 17th May 2022. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw. Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 6ih June 2022 at 3:30 PM Kigali Time and bids should be submitted on ERP link that will be shared with interested bidders.

3. Company Registration Certificate from RDB
4. At least 3 Performance Certificates for similar services from
institutions/companies with a value of 200 Million Rwf. each certificate
5. Manufacturer's authorization certificate for 2022 where applicable
