Bank of Kigali Plc would like to invite interested bidders to submit their bids related to the supply of the following items:

Lot 1: Orthopedic chairs (Office chairs) (300 pcs)

Lot 2: Four drawer Fire resistant safes (20 pcs)

Lot 3: Filling Cabinets with 7 Shelves (34 Pcs)

Lot 4: Furniture (50 pcs of 1 sitter desk, 50 pcs of 2 sitter desks with separator)

Technical specifications for the above mentioned tenders will be sent to emails of interested bid- ders from the 30th November 2022. Interested bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw

Bid submissions with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc must be submitted not later than the 14th December 2022 at 3:30pm and bids should be submitted electronically using a link that will be shared with interested bidders.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwandese Francs. Preselected bidders shall be required to submit samples for the technical evaluation process. Indicate your account number and payment terms in the financial proposal.

Interested Bidders should submit their bids together with the following requirements:

-Company registration certificate from RDB

-Valid Tax Clearance Certificate

-Valid Social Security Contribution Certificate

-Pictures and specifications of the proposed Items

-Performance certificates to prove similar services done elsewhere.

-Proof of the financial capacity to supply the above mentioned items
