Re: Invitation to Bid.

PRIME INSURANCE LTD invites all qualified bidders to submit their bid for the provision of supplying end year promotional materials.

Participation is open to all competent bidders who fulfill the requirements as per the bid document.

The bid document is only obtained upon submission of proof of bid purchase of a non-refundable fees equivalent to twenty thousand (20,000) Rwanda francs to the Prime Insurance Ltd account opened at COGEBANQUE 130-1000004-37.

NB: The request for bid document shall be submitted on the following email ITCGeneral@prime.rw

All bids shall be submitted onsite not later than August 31st, 2022 at 05:00 pm Kigali time. Late bids will not be accepted. 

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the submission deadline above mentioned.
