Jhpiego Rwanda, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, is inviting competent and reputable companies to submit their proposals to supply 200 Mobile Phones.
Jhpiego enhances health and saves the lives of women and families in limited-resource settings. For nearly four decades, jhpiego has put evidence-based health innovations into everyday practice to overcome barriers to high-quality health care services for the world's most vulnerable populations. From our origins as technical experts in reproductive, maternal, and child health, Jhpiego has grown to embrace new challenges, including HIV/AIDS, malaria, and cervical cancer prevention - reflecting the increasing interconnectedness of global health.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BID:
Administrative documents required:
1. RDB registration certificate (matching the field)
2. Valid Tax clearance certificate
3. Valid RSSB Certificate
4. Referees or references certificates of similar tenders executed (At least two)
Technical offer should include:
• Brand : Samsung
• OS: Android 8.0
• Internal storage: 16GB Mini internal storage
• RAM: 2GB
• CPU:6 Ghz x 4
• Rear Camera: 8MP
• Connectivity: Wi-Fi capabilities
• Screen Size:3‘’ (1480x720)
• Language: KINYARWANDA must be available as a language option under settings
The Financial Proposal should contain the following
• Quotation in RWF
• Validity period of the price (minimum one month)
• Indicate the delivery time
Other requirements
Please submit a signed and stamped quotation in a sealed envelope (stamped) on Monday 28th /03/2023 before 4:00, PM local time.
1. Submission is at JHPIEGO Office, at Umuyenzi Plaza Building, 2nd Floor.
2. Indicate at the back of the envelope “SUPPLY OF PHONES”.
3. The bid shall be addressed to the: Sr Finance and Administration Manager/JHPIEGO
Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can call 0788 381 188 during working hours from Monday to Thursday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday up to 1:00 PM.
N.B.: Failure to meet the closing deadline will result in rejecting your bidding proposals.
