INVITATION FOR MOTORBIKES SUPPLY

Jhpiego Rwanda, an affiliate of Johns Hopkins University, is inviting competent and reputable companies to submit their proposals to supply 50 motorbikes.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BID:
Technical offer should include:
- Clear technical details, photos, brand, etc.
- RDB registration certificate
- VAT registration certificate
- Valid Tax clearance certificate
- Referees or references certificates of similar tenders executed (At least two)
- Indicate the delivery time
The Financial Proposal should contain the following
- Quotation in RWF all taxes exempted
- Validity period of the price
Other requirements
Place of delivery: Motorbikes (with helmets) should be delivered with a plate number in different health centers in Kigali and upcountry.
Please submit a signed and stamped quotation in a sealed envelope (stamped) on Monday 29th /08/2022 before 4:00, PM local time.
- Indicate at the back of the envelope “SUPPLY OF MOTORBIKES”.
- The bid shall be addressed to the: Sr Finance and Administration Manager/JHPIEGO
- Submission is at JHPIEGO Office, at Umuyenzi Plaza Building, 2nd Floor.
Any bidder who will meet challenges during the expression of interest and bid submission can request support through these emails: john.Mahirwe@jhpiego.org or laurentine.nyinawumwami@jhpiego.org during working hours from Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Friday up to 1:00 PM.
N.B.: Failure to meet the closing deadline will result in rejecting your bidding proposals.
