The Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning now invites eligible Consultants to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

The consultants should have the following qualification and experience:
• PhD in Agriculture Economics, Agribusiness, or related field
• Demonstrated management and networking capabilities and team building skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and writing skills
• Working Knowledge of both French and English is an advantage
Practical experience with development partners is an added advantage
The shortlisting criteria are:
• Academic qualifications and other professional certificates as detailed above 20 points
• The technical approach, work plan, showing tasks, timelines and other relevant factors pertaining to the provision of the services 30 points
• Proven experience with four certificates of good completion on the similar nature of the assignment. 50 points
