JOB DETAILS:
The RWAMAGANA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL invites eligible and qualified consultancy firms to submit their bids (technical and financial proposals) for the CONSULTANCY SERVICE FOR REVEALING THE HOSPITAL FIXED ASSETS AND INFRASTRUCTURE VALUE. The request for proposal (RFP) is open to all interested consultants who are on the approved list of valuers published by regulatory council of real property valuers.
The tender document may be obtained from the e-procurement system for Rwanda (umucyo.gov.rw) and all interested bidder must pay non-refundable fee of Five thousand seven hundred Rwandan francs (5700FRW) paid to the RRA account.
All bids will be submitted online using the e-procurement system not later than 17th September, 2020 at 9:00 a.m local time. Late bids will not be accepted by the system. Bids will be opened automatically by the e-procurement system on the same day at 9:30 a.m, local time.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the LawN°62/2018 of 25/08/2018 on Law governing public procurement.
An obligatory site visits is scheduled on 01/09/2020 and will be guided by procurement officer and Biomedical engineer at 10:00 Am local time at Rwamagana Hospital.
