JOB DETAILS:
• Attend all plenary sittings;
• Draft and edit minutes of the Plenary Sittings;
• Edit verbatim transcripts of the Plenary Sittings;
• Submit the edited minutes and verbatim transcripts to the table officer.
• Assist Senators on routine Parliamentary matters in the Plenary Hall.

• Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies

• Advanced Diploma in Office Management

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration

• Bachelor’s Degree in Administrative Sciences

• Bachelor’s Degree in Literature

• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics and Literature

• Advanced diploma in Administrative Sciences

• Bachelor’s degree in Applied Translation studies
