INVITATION TO TENDER No 59/FRWA/ADMIN/BK/SP/04/08/2024

Bank of Kigali (BK) Plc would like to engage local, regional and international service providers with expertise in providing hackathon platform for business case. Bank of Kigali Plc hereby invites bids for the above-mentioned services.

All proposals should be submitted with a cover letter addressed to the Head of Procurement and Administration of Bank of Kigali Plc. Interested Bidders should express their interest to tender on procurement@bk.rw not later than the 19th August 2024. Please submit your proposal on our ERP portal with subject line "Hackathon platform for Bank of Kigali Plc" not later than the 20th August, 2024 at 3:30pm Kigali time. In case you are not registered to BK Plc ERP platform, a link for registration will be sent to your company's email. Specifications and guidelines for online registration and bids submission shall be sent separately to emails of the interested bidders from the 06th August, 2024.

Clearly state the price proposals in Rwf or USD and payment terms. Submit a detailed company profile, the company must share their proof of experience with hackathon platform. Provide Company's registration certificate, valid Tax clearance and any other relevant information required in the Terms of Reference.
