JOB DETAILS:
Save the Children is seeking an HR Intern to learn from on-job training how Human resources are practically managed and Assist the Human Resources department in ensuring the delivery of quality, efficient and proactive HR support services to the Rwanda Programme. .

Contract type: Fixed Term contract
Dimension: 1-year contract

CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
This position is on Child Safeguarding- Level 3: The post holder will have contact with children and/or young people either frequently (e.g. once a week or more) or intensively (e.g. four days in one month or more or overnight) because they work country programs. Or are visiting country programs; or because they are responsible for implementing the police checking/vetting process staff.

Qualifications and experience
• Diploma in Human Resource Management or relevant field;
• At least one year’s relevant experience in HR within a busy organisation;
• Good oral and written communication skills;
• Proficiency in working with computers particularly spread sheets and word processing;
• Able to working within a team;
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural setting;
