The City of Kigali invites eligible consulting firms (Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing the services of Study and detailed design to stabilize the slope and stop landside that is occurring between King David Academy and Legacy clinics.

Interested consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the services.

The shortlist criteria are: Eligibility, Experience on similar assignments in the last ten (10) years, experience in similar conditions and availability of appropriate skills staff related to the assignment, to be one of the consultant firms of the category A or B (categorization published by Rwanda Public Procurement Authority (RPPA) for in Roads and Bridges. Expected duration of the project is one and a half (1.5) months from the date of signing contract.

Consultant will not be allowed to be associated with other firms in form of a joint venture.

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) method.
