Tender Title: Fabrication of a trailer tank for Rwandair

RwandAir Ltd, (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) has funds from its ordinary budget and intends to apply a portion of the funds to eligible payments under the contract for which this Bidding Document is issued.

RwandAir invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the Fabrication of a trailer tank for Rwandair as indicated in detail in the tender documents under supply requirements. 

Tender Documents in English may be obtained from RwandAir Procurement Office located, Kigali International Airport 2^nd floor upon presentation of proof payment of a non-refundable fee of (Rwf 10,000) Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs to Account N° 010-5003664-01-74 opened at I&M bank or USD 10 on account no 5003664-02-71(USD) opened at I&M bank with swift IMRWRWRW. All the two accounts are in the names of RwandAir Ltd. The Payment proof should bear the following ‘Purchasing of Tender Document for Fabrication of a trailer tank for Rwandair.

Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from 11^th, March 2024 from RwandAir, Procurement Office via email; procurement@rwandair.com  from 9:00am to 17:00pm.

Well-printed bids properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the RwandAir procurement office at the address mentioned above Not later than 10^th April 2024 at 11:00 am (local time). The Outer envelope should clearly indicate the tender number with title as Fabrication of a trailer tank for Rwandair. Late bids will be rejected and returned un opened. 

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 10^th April 2024 at 11:30 am Local time. 

The bids shall remain valid for a period of 120 days starting from the bid submission deadline as mentioned.

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the RwandAir’s procurement policy and procedure manual as modified and completed to date.  

RwandAir, however, reserves all the rights to cancel this tender any time before contract is signed without incurring any liability to the bidders
