EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SALE OF MIXED SCRAP MATERIALS TO TRINITY MUSHA MINES LTD

Trinity Musha Mines Limited hereinafter referred to as Musha Mines, Musha, or the Client, is a Rwanda-registered Mining company under registration number Reg. N°. 102477271. Trinity Musha Mines Limited holds a 25-year mining license in Rwamagana District, Eastern Province, Rwanda.

The license grants Musha rights to explore and exploit Tin, Tantalum, Tungsten, and Lithium at the Musha-Ntunga deposit over a 3900ha surface area. Since 2014, Musha undertook exploration campaigns to define the resource potential of the deposit while also carrying out mining activities in underground mining operations and limited surface operations.

SCOPE OF WORK:

The potential bidders are invited to expression of interest to the following Lots: Mixed Scrap Materials

All interested parties should submit Expressions of Interest in accordance with the below requirements complete with supporting documents.

• Application Letter introducing your Company.
• Certificate of domestic company registration issued by RDB
• Valid tax clearance certificate issued by RRA
• Scope and value of previous Work undertaken in Rwanda for Scrap Purchases.

Submission of Expressions of Interest to Trinity Musha Mines Limited: Musha Sector, Rwamagana District, Eastern Province by not later than 26^th January 2024 at 12h00. Expressions of Interest received after 26^th January 2024 after 12h00 will unfortunately not be considered.
